About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and relentlessly positive Operations Coordinator to keep our back-end humming. You'll work closely with clients, team members, and leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Basically, you're the duct tape and superglue that holds everything together.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and reporting across multiple branchess
- Act as liaison between clients and our staffing teams to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor daily KPIs and help optimize operational workflows
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires
- Handle unexpected chaos like a calm, spreadsheet-wielding ninja
- Occasionally wear multiple hats (but hopefully not at the same time)
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in operations, admin, or staffing support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and email etiquette
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- You don’t just “multitask”—you thrive on it
- A sense of humor (seriously, we appreciate it)
